Aşağıda okuyacaklarınız, dışarıdan bakan birinin - bu küçük ama son derece dinamik adayı şekillendiren ekonomik tartışmaları anlamaya çalışan bir "yabancının" - izlenimleri.

As a foreigner living and working in Malta, I recently had the privilege of attending Malta’s Economic Compass 2026, hosted by the Malta Chamber. What follows are my impressions as an outsider looking in—a “stranger” trying to make sense of the economic conversations shaping this small but remarkably dynamic island.

Yüksek vasıflı, yetenekli insanlar — ama çoğu zaman yalnız, tanınmamış ve kolektif bir güç olarak harekete geçmemiş.

Global economic and social agendas are being rewritten. In this process, those who are not at the table will be on the menu.

When I meet with Turkish entrepreneurs who dream of taking their startups global -whether they are in Istanbul, Ankara, or already building bridges from Berlin, Brussels, or beyond - one question keeps coming up: “How do we actually establish our business in the EU?”
